Scope and operational identification

This policy explains the treatment associated with the WPAIMEDIA site and its included components. The project is presented under the brand PluginFiles; privacy queries are channeled into PluginFiles Official Support. The owner of each WordPress installation determines the treatment of its own users and files.

Contact form data

The form requests name, response email, subject and message to answer questions and incidents. Does not include advertising subscription. The information is sent to the mail system configured on the server; The theme does not save the content of the message in its own table. The accommodation and the mail service operate in accordance with their conditions and the instructions of the person responsible.

Purposes and legal bases

The attention of queries is linked to the request of the interested party, to measures prior to a contract when appropriate and to the legitimate interest of managing communications and security. Processing that requires consent will be activated only after obtaining it for its specific purpose. Reading the privacy information does not authorize advertising or commercial assignments.

Security and limitation of abuse

The form validates its fields and uses temporary checks against automated submissions. To limit repetitions, an HMAC identifier derived from the connection address is retained for five minutes, without saving that address in the temporary option of the form. The hosting may generate its own technical logs, which must be managed with limited access and appropriate deadlines.

Downloads, demo and media

The counter maintains an aggregate total of download requests initiated, without identifying visitors. It does not represent unique facilities or people. The interactive demo uses in-memory example files. The plugin folders and metadata are saved in the database of the installation where it is used.

Optional services

The authorized AI sends a reduced copy of the image to the configured provider. A manual copy S3 sends the selected file to the chosen storage. The administrator decides its activation, reviews the conditions and evaluates the destinations and guarantees of the corresponding transfers. The theme does not activate these providers when browsing the demo.

Conservation and recipients

Queries are processed during their management and subsequent conservation is limited to legal obligations, attention to claims and justified needs of the service. A sale of data is not established by using this form. Any additional advertising or measurement services must disclose their own providers and purposes before being activated.

Rights

When the RGPD and, in Spain, the LOPDGDD are applicable, the interested party may request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability in the legal terms, withdraw consents and complain to the competent authority. The request is directed to the official support, indicating the right exercised and the minimum data to locate it and verify its legitimacy. Passwords and unnecessary documents should not be communicated.
